The RCI Gold Crown and Interval International Premier Resort offers numerous facilities which are available to owners all year round including a heated swimming pool, tennis, gymnasium, snooker, a putting and driving range, table tennis, and a children’s adventure fort. It is also the only timeshare resort in Britain which allows owners to bring their horse and has its own equestrian centre which is open 7 days a week.
The estate offers a range of 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed villas located around the 120 acres of grounds. Each property style offers its own individual character, from the castle suites in the main castle building to the historic cottages located on the outskirts of the estate. As standard all of the timeshare properties offer fitted kitchens with crockery and cookware, a minimum of 2 bathrooms, a lounge/dining area, 2 televisions, a DVD player and free Wi Fi. All units also have towels and bedding provided.
Dating from the 16th century, Kilconquhar Estate and Country Club offers a superb combination of peace and privacy with plenty of local attractions. At the northeast of Fife lies Tentsmuir Beach, a wonderful, long beach stretching into the North Sea, perfect for a leisurely stroll. St. Andrews Old Course, the mecca for golfers is nearby and Edinburgh is only one hour away. You can even visit Scotland’s Secret Bunker. In western Fife, the modern, bustling town of Dunfermline is worth a visit.
Slightly closer to the resort (only 1 mile away) you will find Elie. This picturesque seaside resort is gathered around a curve of golden sand. The harbour, established in the 16th century, is a popular with yachts and small pleasure craft while the surrounding bay is popular with windsurfers and bathers. The town is also home to two fantastic golf courses along with many interesting historic buildings including some which date back to the 17th century.

Villa 103 has been our happy place for many years, and now it is time for some other family to enjoy this wonderful villa and estate.
The villa is supremely comfortable and can sleep 8 people. Each double bedroom has its own bath or shower and toilet. (Two have baths, all have showers). The sofa bed sleeps 2. The Master bedroom has also a private sauna in the bathroom - a real boost to the well being, and useful for relaxation. The lounge has comfortable leather seating and a lovely conservatory which overlooks the landscape of fields where horses graze. An excellent place to relax and enjoy the evening sunset. Incidentally, the little road the villa is on is called Sunset View! The kitchen is very well appointed with everything required for cooking. An excellent cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fidge, and freezer, and with ample china, glasses and cutlery.
We as a family have loved our holidays in Kilconquhar and have made great use of the facilities - swimming pool, tennis court and sports complex. There are also two putting greens and a driving range for keen golfers. The beautifully kept grounds of the Estate are a joy to walk around, and the children's play areas are great fun for the little ones.
Of course the nearby village of Kilconquhar is such a picturesque little area, and the seaside towns of Elie and Earlsferry, which are two miles away, are a must to visit for beach walks and picnics.
Altogether a wonderful place to spend a holiday, with places of great interest to visit within a few miles. St Andrews is only about 12 miles away.
